A 19th century French Napoleon III period, Louis XVI style, nicely faded walnut demilune card table, standing on tapering legs with brass tips, the hinged top opening to reveal a round card-playing surface with gilt brass moulded edges, fitted with an old baize fabric. When closed, this card table turns into a shallow-depth console table. Area of Paris, circa 1870.
