A 19th century French Louis XIV style centre table, the solid walnut octagonal-shaped top with carved acanthus leaf mouldings, standing on a carved walnut pilaster and plinth, decorated with haut relief carved foliate motifs and mouldings. Area of Greater Paris, circa 1880.
Please note: this item is due in Melbourne in mid 2026.
Condition report: Complete and in good, unrestored condition. A repairable shrinkage gap on the top. Please feel free to ask our workshop for a quote for restoration work.
