A set of six French Art Nouveau period majolica plates, the raised decorations painted in natural colour glazes depicting roses and green leaves on a cream background. Typical work of a pottery of the area of Onnaing. The rear with the 'clarion' hallmark of the Onnaing faience. Area of Northern France, circa 1880.

Condition report: In good and original condition, showing wear in keeping with age and use.
