An 18th century French polychrome Moustiers faience wall-hanging 'Bouquetière' vase, a vase designed to naturally form a 'bouquet' when filled with cut flowers, decorated with shaped top edges and with a trophy of flags amidst foliate and whimsical insect motifs. Area of Provence, Southern France, circa 1770.
Condition report: In good, as found condition, showing surface wear and some old repairs, in keeping with its age and use.
