An 18th century French blue and white faience wall-hanging 'Bouquetière' vase, a vase designed to naturally form a 'bouquet' when filled with cut flowers, decorated with scalloped top edges and with stylised foliate motifs encased in basket weave motifs. Area of Lille, Northern France, circa 1750.

Condition report: In good and original, unrestored condition, showing surface wear in keeping with its age and use.

Dimensions: 22 x 11 cm, height 13 cm.
