A large and fine pair of French Art Nouveau period, cast and chased silver plated candlesticks, each of the candelabras' three candle-holders on scrolled branches emanating from turned baluster stems and shaped plinths. Please note the excellent, jewellery-like quality of the casting and fine chasing, and of the good silver patination. Of very good weight. Area of Paris, circa 1950.
Condition report: Complete and in original, unrestored condition, requiring polishing with Silvo. Please note: the silver plate is nicely worn in parts, showing some of the metal underneath.
