A 19th century French Art Nouveau period faience 'ravier' (delight) platter designed to serve delicacies. This shaped, two-compartment platter is decorated with blue vines with leaves and with morning glory flowers, on a white background. The underside is stamped with the hallmark of the 'Creil-Montereau' potteries, and with the model name 'Flora'. Area of Greater Paris, circa 1880.
Condition report: In good and original, unrestored condition, showing some surface wear in keeping with its age and use.
