A vintage pair of French cast and patinated brass 'Composers' bookends, one with a bust of Richard Wagner, the other with a bust of Giuseppe Verdi. Both standing on their original timber plinths. Area of Paris, circa 1950. 

Condition report: In good and original, unrestored condition.

Dimensions: Height 15 cm, 14 x 9.5 cm.
