A set of twelve French Limoges porcelain fish plates in the shape of large scallop shells, each plate decorated with a fish and with whimsical seaweed patterns. Typical fine pottery work of the 'Porcelaines de Sologne' porcelain works. The undersides with the Limoges hallmarks. Area of Lamotte-Beuvron, Loire Valley, circa 1960.

Condition report: In good and original condition, no chips or cracks.
