An elegant 19th century French Napoleon III period, Louis XVI style mahogany and gilt brass-inlaid and gilt brass-mounted demilune card table standing on finely turned and reeded legs, the top opens to reveal a circular playing surface lined with baize fabric and with a gilt leather trim. Please note that when closed, this table becomes an excellent Console table. Area of Paris, circa 1870.
Condition report: Complete in all its parts, in good and original condition.
Dimensions: 100 x 50 cm when closed, diameter 100 cm when open, height 77 cm, legroom 62 cm.
