A French cheese platter, the square shape inspired by a four Autumn leaves, decorated with vivid 'Fat Lava' style glazes typical of the designs of vintage Vallauris pottery. The underside with the Vallauris maker's hallmark. Retaining the original gilt metal carrying handle. Area of Cannes, South of France, circa 1960.

Condition report: In good and original condition showing suitable age. No chips or cracks.
