A 19th century French Napoleon III period 'Oeil de Boeuf' dormer window-mirror,  with its typical arch-shaped opening and framed by elegant metal scrollwork. Originally designed to be fitted to a sloping roof, this 'Oeil de Boeuf' window is now fitted with a mirror. An Oeil de Boeuf Window, for use in the interior of a home or in a garden setting. Area of Paris, circa 1870.
