A pair of 18th century, French provincial Louis XVI period “Flambeaux” brass candlesticks, the balusters finely decorated with etched geometric and stylised foliate motifs, standing on circular and etched plinths. The brass surfaces nicely worn and well patinated, and covered with old candle wax. Paris, circa 1780.
