A vintage French majolica liqueur set, including a carafe and eight shot glasses, attributed to Auguste Lucchesi for Vallauris, each in the shape of stylised tree trunk and decorated in "fat lava" vivid-colour glazes, the carafe retaining its original stopper. Area of Southern France, circa 1950.

Condition report: In excellent, original condition.
