A large 19th century French brass and steel mesh fire screen, the curved tubular structure fitted with four steel mesh panels, surmounted by turned brass posts and finials. Area of Paris, circa 1880. 

Condition report: In good and original, unrestored condition, showing slight surface wear in keeping with its age.

Dimensions: 84 x 30 cm, overall height 34 cm.
