An elegant 19th century Parisian Louis XVI style, gilt brass Chandelier of five arms, decorated with cut-crystal drops and with 'rosettes'. Of wonderful proportions and with an elegant, central crystal baluster. Retaining the original, faceted crystal plinth ball. The gilt brass metal of the arms has a wonderful, original patination. Area of Paris, circa 1880.
Condition report: Complete and in excellent condition. Fully rewired to Australian safety standards.
Dimensions: Diameter 40.5 cm, height 54 cm plus chain. If required, our shop can supply any required length of hanging-chain.
