A fine quality French Louis XVI style gilt brass and cut crystal ‘cage’ chandelier of eight lights of a size suitable for a dining or a drawing room. This chandelier is decorated with large sized, waterwheel-cut and shaped crystal drops fitted to an elegant twist-turned central baluster. Area of Paris, circa 1930.
Condition report: Complete and in excellent condition, fully re-wired to Australian safety standards using gold silk electrical cords.
