An early 20th century French Provincial Louis XV style carved and painted bed with upholstered header and footer panels and side rails. Please note the excellent proportions and the quality of the haut relief carved floral and foliate details. This bed will fit a standard Australian 188 x 137 cm double mattress. Retaining its slatted timber base. Area of Paris, circa 1920.
