An early 20th century, adjustable-height, timber and brass mounted French Theodolite stand, later transformed into a Standard lamp. The thodolite and the parchment shade are from the area of Paris, circa 1930.

Condition report: In good and un-restored condition, fully rewired to Australian safety standards using a gold silk electrical cord with a cord-switch.

Dimensions: Height to lightbulb holder 144 cm, plus shade.
