A mid 20th century French Maison Jensen design coffee table, the finely-chased and gilt brass rails decorated with Classical Greek 'wave' patterns, standing on four turned and reeded legs joined by a shaped 'H' stretcher. The gilt metal parts retaining a satin gold finish. The table is fitted with its original, moulded-edge marble top. Area of Paris, circa 1950.
