A French Louis XV style, gilt brass ‘cage’ Salon Chandelier, fitted with eight lights and decorated with several tiers of cut-crystal pendants, ‘rosette’ crystals and with a large, central crystal 'Poignard' finial. Of wonderful proportions and retaining its original, faceted crystal plinth ball. Area of Paris, circa 1930.
Condition report: In good and original condition. Fully restored and re-wired to Australian safety standards.
