A French Scroll-work Grille

A 19th century French cast iron balcony grille decorated in a stylised foliate scroll pattern. Our workshop can build to measure a traditional French Console table with finishes to suit the client. An example of a similar console is illustrated below. Area of Paris, circa 1860.

Condition report: In good and original condition, needing to be stripped of its many layers of paint.
