A set of four identical, 19th century French Louis XVI style carved solid walnut armchairs, each decorated with elegantly carved Classical mouldings. The large medallion-backs above shaped seats, upholstered armrests and seats, standing on finely tapering and fluted legs. Please note the elegance of the large and comfortable, oval shaped 'Cabriolet' backs-rests. Area of Paris, circa 1880.
