A set of eight 19th century French Louis XVI style medallion-back solid walnut dining chairs, the oval concave backrests above shaped seats, standing on elegantly tapering and fluted legs. The back-rests and the seats are fitted with finely woven cane. Lightweight and very comfortable to sit on. Area of Paris, circa 1880.

Condition report: In good, unrestored condition. The woven cane in good condition.

Dimensions: Width 47 cm, depth 44 cm, height of backrests 95 cm.
