A French "Bergere en Gondole" Armchair

A large and comfortable 19th century Parisian quality Louis XV style "Bergere en Gondole" desk/ library armchair, the finely carved solid walnut retaining an excellent colour. Upholstered in leather with brass-studded edges. Area of Paris, circa 1880.

Condition report: In excellent and un-restored condition.

Dimensions: Width 73 cm, depth 70 cm, height of back 80 cm.
