A French Solex Mobilette

An original French Velosolex Mobilette 49 cc powered bicycle, complete and in working condition. Miguel has gone up and down the street on it, and can attest that the engine starts easily. The Solex 1700 was produced in France between 1959 and 1961. Retaining the original rear-view mirror and the pair of original Solex leather saddlebags, not shown in these photos.

Condition report: In good working order, recently serviced by Geoff, of the Solex Club of Melbourne.
