An early 19th century French Directoire period(well-faded) mahogany "Meridienne" Sleigh Sofa, each of its elegantly curved ends carved with swan head finials. Paris, circa 1810.

Condition report: In excellent and un-restored condition. Retaining its hand-sewn horse hair base and soft bolster cushion.

Dimensions: 170 x 60 cm, height 98 cm.
