A Bell Lantern

A bell-shaped French blown-glass 'cloche' which were traditionally used in agriculture to protect delicate plants (such as lettuces and strawberries) from frost. Our workshop makes lanterns from these 19th century French glass bells, electrified to Australian safety standards using pale gold-coloured silk electrical cords.
