A 20th century oil on carved wood commemorative painting of the yacht "America", after which the America's Cup was named. The painting depicts the schooner under full sail. The boat is partly three-dimensional and protrudes from the painted background. Click here to view this painting from the side. This item is available for sale, but is presently in “Casa Adagio”, our Daylesford accommodation house. It may take a while to get things out of this house, the time span depending on whether Miguel has a similar replacement piece to put there, and whether there are guests in the house at the time of the request.
