A 19th century Louis XV style tulipwood, satinwood and boxwood "Bonheur du Jour" Lady's desk/ writing table, finely cross-banded and with inlaid panels depicting floral and foliate Rococo motifs. Fitted with very finely chased gilt bronze handles and mounts. The top section has the original "Breche" marble top and a fretted gilt brass gallery. Retaining the original gilt bronze key.
